Gift certificates are non-refundable and are valid for five years from the date of purchase.

 

Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. Dermacode Skincare is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of the gift certificate.

 

A 24 hrs cancelation notice is appreciated and required for all our services. If notification is not received within this time requirement you will be charged for your service. In case of a gift certificate, the value of the services will be deducted from the certificate.

 

Value of certificate is in US Dollars. 

 

The gift certificate must be surrendered at time of redemption. Certificates can only be used in person at our location to pay for any services.

 

Gift certificates can be used on discounted and full price services.

 

Gift certificates can not be split among people or clients’ accounts.

 

If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

A gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or credit towards rescue accounts.

 

Gift certificates cannot be used for gratuities/tips.

 

Gift certificates cannot be used to buy gift certificates.

 

Dermacode Skincare reserves the rights to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
